Created and developed in the picture perfect suburbs west of Chicago, Co-Stanza is a pop music project by Jack Costanza with its roots in good vibes and midwest charm. Think of skateboarding with an unsweetened iced tea and your closest homies, 75 degrees and sunny. Think of a couple cold ones and a pontoon boat getting your tan on. Co-Stanza is trying to transport ya to your best mood and get you out of your seat. Co-Stanza’s music primarily comes straight from Jack’s bedroom, plastered with old magazines and photos of friends all over the walls. Drawing from the love and wonder of the world we are lucky enough to live in, Co-Stanza keeps it simple. Relying heavily on classic pop elements, Co-Stanza brings the attitude in punchy guitar work, and vocals that incorporate hip-hop attitudes with the hookiness of pop singer. Co-Stanza is tryna hang out and wants to know if you’re free.
From the Rocky Mountains of Colorado Anthony Arras (formerly Mihaly) has come a long way from his first release "Worth Living" in 2011. Singer songwriter turned worship leader, he spent the early part of his 20's playing for The Rock Church (Salt Lake City) recording and touring, honing his craft as a songwriter and performer. Leaving the church and religion behind he began pursuing a solo career back in Colorado as "Mihaly" where he released two eps "Lonesome" (Self released 2018) and "Favors" ([SALT] Records 2019) which has served him well touring the country, building a fan base in Colorado and around the states.
Though the time for change came to be and Mihaly transitioned his sound and performance style adopting his first and middle names Anthony Arras as his new moniker. Pulling influence from old country, bluegrass, traditional and modern folk, Anthony has created a unique blend of them all inspiring Nate Wilde of iheart radio to say:
"Based on his perfect mix of gritty folk, alternative and down home country elements, it wouldn't be unreasonable to assume that Anthony Arras is a good cook. In a world full of singer songwriters, he stands out as a breath a fresh air in a way that you believe not only every word he sings, but every note that sings out of his guitar as well."
